Guideline	Why do we need one?
Communicating Effectively	Clear, concise and respectful communication makes our community more accessible. It helps interested people feel welcome and start contributing faster and more consistently, and it attracts diversity to your community.
Code of Conduct	The code of conduct establishes expectations for behavior for our community. Adopting, and enforcing, a code of conduct can help create a positive social atmosphere.
Standards Oversight Forum (SOF) Charter	The charter for the set of subject matter experts (SMEs) who have final authority over the project and what goes into the Standards.
